Website TMZ broke the story and it goes like this:Miley was 16 at the time and was dancing with 44-year-old Adam Shankman during a wrap party last summer in Georgia for the movie, "The Last Song." Miley is really going a bit wild lately, and she is not even 18 yet. What in the world will she do once she is a full fledged adult?Of Course miley is still young and most of the responsibility lays on the head of this 44 year old man Mr. Shankman who surely is a wanting participant in this charade.
